Lemongrass has a fresh aroma that neutralizes odors and makes an excellent addition to your cleaning routine. When applied topically, it helps cleanse the skin and enhances massage. Lemongrass Vitality has a bright, citrusy flavor that can spice up your dishes and also helps support circulatory and digestive health when taken internally. This is a wonderful, versatile oil to have in your arsenal!

BACKGROUND Lemongrass recalls exotic locales and warm winds and adds a subtle scent of citrus to the air, making it one of our favorite springtime oils! Lemongrass belongs to the Poaceae family, the flowering plants known as grasses. The plant is native to Southeast Asia, South America, and other tropical locations where warm, moist climates encourage its growth. It is distilled from the leaves and woody stalks of the lemongrass plant, and it produces a subtle citrus-herb scent. Lemongrass has a sophisticated and relaxing aroma that can transform your home's environment into a comforting sanctuary.

LEMONGRASS & EMOTIONS Lemongrass is a wonderful oil for the "shoulds" and "expectations" we so often feel, whether they are real or perceived. This can often show up in the body as physical stomach discomfort, and Lemongrass can help with that as well.

Rubbing Lemongrass over the abdomen or diffusing Lemongrass can help us release these feelings and focus on our own needs and desires.

LEMONGRASS & SKINCARE Lemongrass can be a wonderful oil when it comes to the health of your skin! It is a cleansing and purifying oil, making it great for oil-prone skin and breakouts.
